Our strengths
In every country and city, prices change dramatically every day
due to a variety of factors.
Our company uses robotics technology to constantly monitor the market,
which has enabled us to create and implement strategies
much faster than other companies.
We are currently implementing this system at our facilities in Kyoto and Miyakojima,
and the system can be implemented in any city across Japan.
Our track record
Sales and occupancy rate
This is data for five facilities that we began managing in September 2022.
Sales are approximately 300% higher than in 2019, before COVID-19.
In terms of occupancy rate, we exceed 90% during busy months, and maintain a minimum of 55% during off-seasons.

Appealing to inbound demand
Currently, we are providing marketing support mainly to Kyoto City,
where our foreign guest ratio is 15% higher than the 47.3% published by Kyoto City.
In addition, more than half of our reservations are from Europe, North America, and other Western countries, with no bias towards Asia.
As a result, we receive many reservations for long-term stays of 1 week to 1 month,
rather than short stays of 1 to 3 nights.



Inbound demand: future prospects
According to a forecast by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO),
the number of foreign visitors to Japan is expected to increase to about 1.5 times the current number by 2030,
so we believe it is important to reach out to this demographic now.
