Important Information
About Check-out
Please check out by 11:00 AM.
Before leaving, please ensure that you have removed all of your belongings from the room.
Any belongings left behind without prior notice will be stored for 2 weeks and then disposed of if unclaimed. Food and beverages will be discarded after check-out.
Please return your key card to the Check-out Box.
For Toji Machiya, please return the key to the mailbox near the entrance.
Late check-out is available for an additional fee of ¥1,000 per hour (up to 2 hours maximum).
If you wish to extend your check-out time, please inform the front desk in advance and complete the payment.
Room Cleaning
For stays of 3 nights or fewer, housekeeping service is not provided during your stay.
For stays of 4 nights or more, one complimentary housekeeping service is provided every 3 nights.
Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, slippers, etc.) are provided according to the number of registered guests.
Additional items are available for purchase:

Smoking Prohibited
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the room.
If deodorization is required due to smoking, a ¥50,000 cleaning fee will be charged.
Garbage Disposal
If you need trash collection, please contact the front desk.
Please separate your trash into burnable waste and cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles.
Entering and Exiting During Nighttime
The entrance doors at the following properties are automatically locked between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

To unlock the entrance, hold your key card over the black panel next to the door.
In case of losing or damaging the card key
The following fees will be charged as a reissue fee:

For card key types: A fee of 1,000 yen per card will be charged.

For cylinder types: A fee of 20,000 yen will be charged as the entire cylinder needs to be replaced.
Please Relax Without Shoes in the Room
Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the room.
