Important Information
About Check-out
Please check out by 11:00 AM. Please return the card key to the check-out box.
Please take your luggage with you when you check out of your room. If any items are left behind and we do not hear from you, we will store them for two weeks and then dispose of them as abandoned by the owner.
(Food and beverages will be discarded after check-out.)
About Cleaning

For stays of 3 nights or less, no complimentary cleaning is provided. *For stays of 4 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning will be provided on the second day.

Each guest will be provided with 2 sets of face towels and bath towels. Amenities such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and slippers are prepared only for the number of guests staying.

The following items are available for purchase:
Towel set (face towel, bath towel): 150 yen/set
Amenity replacement (toothbrush, hairbrush, slippers): free
Smoking is prohibited inside the room
(including electronic cigarettes)
About Trash
Entering and Exiting During Nighttime
The entrance door will be automatically locked from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Please hold your card key against the black panel next to the door to enter.
Please note that some areas may not be locked, depending on the facility.
In case of losing or damaging the card key
The following fees will be charged as a reissue fee:

For card key types: A fee of 1,000 yen per card will be charged.

For cylinder types: A fee of 20,000 yen will be charged as the entire cylinder needs to be replaced.
